You can keep your free trial bottle and dispenser for up to two weeks. Please contact us to let us know whether you wish to continue our service after that.

FINDING THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOUR DISPENSER

From a convenience point of view the kitchen is the most popular location for your dispenser. However please keep in mind that you may have spillages or leaks - so you should site your dispenser in an area where water will not cause damage to anything else. We do not take responsibility for spillages and leaks that occur after we deliver to you. The most vulnerable time for spillages/leaks is when you put a new bottle on your dispenser. You should check the area around your dispenser for wetness ten minutes after changing bottles.

We recommend that you store our water in as cool and dark a place as possible and consume it within 4 weeks of delivery. As a matter of routine hygiene you should wash your room temperature dispenser with washing up liquid and hot water every 4 - 8 weeks. If you have rented a watercooler then we will sanitise it for you automatically on a 6 monthly cycle.

PLACING ORDERS AND RECEIVING DELIVERIES

We deliver to most addresses on a four weekly cycle - please check with us. You can order by telephoning us each time you are ready for a delivery or by setting up a regular order where we automatically deliver the quantity that you specify at the frequency that you specify. Please place or amend your order at least 24 hours before your normal delivery day.

You do not have to wait in for deliveries - most of our customers designate a spot where we can leave deliveries and collect empties. Please take care of the empty bottles and do not use them for anything else - we need to pick them up! Lost/damaged bottles are charged to you.

PAYING US

You are expected to pay the refundable deposit on the dispenser of your choice before or at the time of your first delivery. Thereafter we invoice you monthly in arrears. All deliveries in a calendar month are summarised on one invoice which you should receive around the 10th of the following month. You are requested to settle this invoice within 14 days of receipt. You can pay us by mailing a cheque, telephoning with your credit card details, making a bank transfer or giving our driver cash.

CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM
