The Freshwater Company's water delivery service for homes and offices works like a milk service - we bring you full bottles and collect the empty bottles. Most of our customers do not wait in for deliveries - fulls and empties can be collected from a nominated spot in or around your property.

We deliver to most places within a 100 mile radius of London (constantly expanding).

You do not have to commit to any particular type/size of water - you can change as you go along or choose several options at once. We do not charge bottle deposits upfront unless you do not take a dispenser from us or lose/damage any bottles. In these cases we charge you £7.05 per bottle.

All the above bottles are designed to sit upside down on a dispenser with a tap so that you can dispense the water conveniently. There are two types of dispenser - room temperature dispensers and watercoolers.

The room temperature dispenser is a porcelain pot with a tap. It is designed to sit on the edge of a counter top and has the footprint of a dinner plate. Depending on how your kitchen is configured you may find it more convenient to place your room temperature dispenser on a floorstand or a counterstand. The room temperature dispenser is like any other kitchen utensil - you need to clean it regularly.

Watercoolers can serve water in a variety of ways - room temperature, chilled, hot or carbonated. They work like a fridge and need to be located near a plug point Watercoolers can be floorstanding or countertop. lf you plan to use plastic cups then you can have a cup dispenser attached to your watercooler. We sanitise the coolers automatically on a 6 month cycle - you can request more frequent sanitisation if you require it.

The refundable deposit for any dispenser is payable before the trial period. The rent for any dispenser is payable after the trial period.

We do not lock you into a contract. If you are not satisfied with our service then you can cancel it by giving us 30 days notice. Please note however that only your deposit will be refunded (provided you return your dispenser and empties undamaged) - unused rent is not refundable.

You can make your first payment on the phone by debit/credit card (preferred) or you can give the driver a cheque or cash at the time of delivery.
